Opening Day and My Gift to you - Issue #59
April 06, 2009
Hi

Opening Day is Finally Here!

Nothing beats Opening Day.

It's the changing of the seasons. Please join me in trying to get this new administration to make it a national holiday! The least we can do is wear baseball ties to the office one day a year (or if you're a die hard, every day of the season or at the all-star game or the start and 7th game of the World Series).

My Hitting Gift to You is Ready

But not far behind opening day would be getting stuff that will help you be a better hitter.

If you've been following this newsletter I've been hinting at I was working on a new project and everyone on my newsletter was going to be getting this for free. I don't know how long I'm going to leave the page up for this gift version so I wouldn't delay in getting over to my hitting tip page with my gift for you.

Some browsers don't show that link right so I'll put it up again so I can make sure you won't miss it https://www.theinternethittingcoach.com/hitting-tip.html. It is the best thing I've had to offer you at the right price ($0.00) to date out of the 150 pages, the video, the book, and product endorsements.

So please don't miss going there and checking out what I'm talking about.

The really exciting news is, it's really only one component of what I have in store for you this month, so make sure you open and read each e-mail from me.

Great Hitting Articles

I'm competing in a national coaches Hitting Contest Called the 2009 Webball Hitting Challenge, where they get 4 of the top hitting coaches in the country to write an essay on "What are the top 3 things you make sure to teach every hitter?"

Lots of great answers from the 4 of us. You even get to vote for which of us did the best job answering that question. I can't tell you which one is mine as that would be cheating, but I'm sure you'll learn a lot and even mine is information you probably haven't heard me share before, as I've never addressed the problem of coaching hitting in this fashion before.

So head on over to this page and vote for the best hitting article This is really another great resource that has more than one hitting tip for you that you can use to practice with when you get your mp3 so you can practice taking 50 swings a day so you'll be ready for your opening day (if it hasn't already happened).

http://www.webball.com/cms/page7185.cfm for the articles and the voting and https://www.theinternethittingcoach.com/hitting-tip.html for my hitting resource

Another Baseball Movie

To time itself with Opening Day, there's the release of a new movie called "Sugar". It's a really small film about Dominican Republic players so if you want to see it, you'll have to hunt for it. It's filmed in Spanish with English subtitles.

I learned about it from my son who's a Master's candidate in writing at Adelphi University.

He runs a blog about off the beaten track films that don't get the major publicity of the big budget pictures.

He also lets you in on his opinions of bigger films and TV shows.

If you like finding out about films like that you may want to check out his blog.

I hoped you enjoyed this newsletter.

In addition to my hitting coaching audio I have for you as a gift https://www.theinternethittingcoach.com/hitting-tip.html, don't forget to open the next couple of e-mails from me so you don't miss out on the other exiting things I have for you to become a better hitter this season. I'll be editing more this week.

So please forward this to others who will want to hit better as well. Thanks for doing this and thanks for reading.

Also, so you don't miss out on any announcements, follow me on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/CoachAndy. If you had, you would've learned how to get your hot dogs quicker at the stadium, the first female player at the highest level of baseball, and how things were going for this year's little league season with another son of mine, in addition to progress on these projects I've mentioned above.

Again, if you have any questions or comments you can write to me via e-mail.

To see other hitting tips in past newsletters, go to the past issues of my hitting newsletter page.

Welcome to you who are new to my hitting e-zine.

Thanks for reading and talk to you next time.
