How to Stop Striking Out

You want to stop striking out so often. It stinks. You hate it. You feel the disappointment of your teammates, your friends and family. Maybe it isn't striking out you're worried about, but you just aren't hitting the ball squarely, so it doesn't go very far or very hard.

Well I have good news. Here's a technique that I've used with great success and some of the best hitting coaches also use it to help you see the ball better, so you won't whiff as much or you can hit the ball squarely.
