February 28, 2004
Hi

Introducing The Women's Olympic Softball Team

As a bonus for opening your mail fast, you can watch 2 of the Olympic Softball players on TV this weekend.

Be sure to tune in to NBC on Sunday, February 29, at 12:30 (CST) for the 23rd Pepsi All-Star Game in Cathedral City, CA. Catch a glimpse of USA Softball’s Lisa Fernandez (Long Beach, CA) and Jennie Finch (La Mirada, CA) as they represent the Stars and Stripes among some of Major League Baseball’s finest.

Learn from the best

Whenever you get a chance, aim to be the best. These girls (women) have done it. But it all started with desire to be good at something. They got the training, they practiced really hard, and took the steps necessary to get them to the top of their game.

But at one point they were where you or your players were. They just chose to act upon the abilities, training, and knowledge they had. They put discipline upon themselves.

Here are a couple of Recommendations

Watch and imitate these Olympic Softball players to reach the heights. Catch any and all games you can on TV. If you play baseball, there are so many more games to watch. The season is just around the corner.
